Talent bottleneck and Countermeasures under the Belt and Road Initiative

The long-term success of Participative Finance in contributing to Belt and Road economies depends on the quality of human resources and specific participative expertise. Recent indicators show participative economy education is poised to become a significant and sizeable market, the provision of participative economy education must however, be continuously enhanced in order to meet the growth of the sector.

Talent development must be a fundamental priority for Belt and Road countries and human capital must be an integral part of their efforts to cultivate economic development.  Given the sizes and the spread of the Belt and Road countries, integrating the latest technological advancements in education will cultivate wider accessibility in an affordable and dynamic manner. While the growth is imminent, there is still much work to be done to attain the objectives for sustainable growth. What are the main challenges facing efforts to provide Quality, accessible   flexible and affordable education and training in participative Economy and finance?

China's National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) and several other departments in China have developed a plan to boost the PPP model in countries along the Belt and Road.

Alternative and Innovative financing models are also given the number, and funding requirements for many of the large Belt and road infrastructure projects.
